World Cup 2018: BBC News crew followed in Russia host city

The Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod is hosting some matches during the World Cup. The city was off-limits for foreign visitors during the Soviet era. Now, officials say they welcome guests, but a BBC News crew was followed while reporting in the city. BBC News' Sarah Rainsford reports from Nizhny Novgorod.
